14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on new web subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with Bazi Fortune Premium within 14 days of your initial subscription charge on the web, we will refund your full subscription fee.

Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • First-time subscribers: full refund within 14 days of the initial Paddle charge.
  • Renewal charges: not automatically refundable. We may grant a refund on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal.

What is Not Covered

This Refund Policy does not apply to:

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store — those are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
  • Subscriptions cancelled and re-subscribed in a pattern that suggests gaming the policy.
  • Free trial periods or promotional access (no charge to refund).

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. To request a refund, follow the steps in How to Request a Refund below.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@bazifortune.app with your Paddle order ID and the email address used at checkout.

  1. Send us a refund request email — no reason required if within the 14-day window.
  2. We respond within 3 business days to confirm your request.
  3. Refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days.

Failed Payments & Chargebacks

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry over a short window before pausing your subscription. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees, and most issues can be resolved directly via email.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Web subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and refunds on our behalf. For questions about how Paddle handles your data, see paddle.com/legal/privacy.

EU/UK Statutory Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK regulations). Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this requirement. Statutory rights are not waived by these terms.
