Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Bazi Fortune mobile app, or by accessing bazifortune.app or app.bazifortune.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Bazi Fortune is a mobile and web service that provides Chinese astrology readings based on the Four Pillars of Destiny (Bazi) system. Our services include:

• Personalized Bazi birth chart generation
• Daily fortune readings
• Compatibility analysis
• Auspicious date selection
• AI-powered interpretations and chat

Important: Bazi Fortune is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. The readings, predictions, and insights provided by our service should not be considered as professional advice for medical, financial, legal, or other important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

Some features require a Premium subscription. We offer two billing channels: mobile (Google Play) and web (Paddle). The terms below apply based on the channel through which you purchased.

Mobile (Google Play)

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are billed by Google and governed by Google's billing terms. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed via your Play Store account, subject to Google Play's refund policies.

Web (Paddle)

Subscriptions purchased on bazifortune.app or app.bazifortune.app are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Paddle is the merchant of record and will appear on your statement.
• Your subscription auto-renews until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Each user is governed by the channel through which they purchased. Cross-channel subscription transfer (e.g. from Google Play to web, or vice versa) is not currently supported.

All content, features, and functionality of Bazi Fortune, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Bazi Fortune and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or hack the service
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use the service to harass or harm others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Bazi Fortune is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom benefit from a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify users via email or an in-product banner with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
