What do I get for free?
On Android: your full Four Pillars chart with hidden stems, Day Master strength, element balance and 10-year Luck Pillars; your Day Master reading; today's fortune; today's hourly clock; auspicious dates for today and the two days before; share cards; and all 10 languages. There are no ads and no time limit.
What does Premium add?
The other seven days of the 8-Day Forecast and their hourly clocks; auspicious dates for any date, plus Best Dates This Month and Recommended for You; compatibility readings through all four lenses, with every reading saved to your history; and the Bazi Advisor, for up to 100 conversations a day.
How does the Family Plan work?
One person buys it in the Android app through Google Play, then invites up to four others by link or code, so five people in total. Every member gets Premium, on Android and on the web, and the family dashboard shows everyone's day score and best hours side by side. The price is shown in the app. If the owner cancels, the family is disbanded and members return to the free tier.
Is the free tier the same on the web?
Not quite. In the browser at app.bazifortune.app, the free tier covers your chart, today's fortune, Lucky Today and share cards. The Fortune, Dates, Compatibility and Advisor screens need Premium. It is one account on both, and Premium follows your account whichever channel you bought it on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. To cancel a web subscription, email billing@bazifortune.app; Google Play subscriptions are cancelled from the Subscriptions page of the Play Store. Either way you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop back to Free.
What is your refund policy?
New web subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email billing@bazifortune.app within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full, no reason required. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google's refund policy. Our Refund Policy page has the details.
What if I am subscribed on Google Play?
Google Play and web (Paddle) billing are separate and cannot be transferred from one to the other. Your Premium access still works on both Android and the web. If you want to move channels, cancel one before starting the other so you are not billed twice.
Who handles my payment?
Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoicing, and you will see Paddle on your bank statement. Purchases inside the Android app are handled by Google Play.
Are taxes included?
Prices on this page are in USD. On the web, Paddle calculates local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) at checkout from your billing address. On Google Play, the price and any tax are shown in your local currency before you confirm.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is not a trial and never expires. Individual Premium on the web has no separate trial. If a Google Play introductory offer applies to you, it is shown at checkout inside the app.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and re-subscribe on the other interval, or email billing@bazifortune.app and we will help you switch.
What happens if my payment fails?
On the web, Paddle retries over a short window. If every retry fails, your subscription pauses and you keep Free-tier access until you update your payment method. On Google Play, Google handles retries under its own rules.
